Coffee Hot Chocolate Recipe
Combine the richness of Elements Truffles Drinking Chocolate with the bold flavor of coffee for a luxurious, energizing treat.
Ingredients
- 25 g Elements Truffles Drinking Chocolate Mix (Ashwagandha or Turmeric Infused)
- 3 tsp hot water
- ¾ cup non-dairy milk (coconut milk recommended)
- ¼ cup brewed coffee (espresso or strong coffee works best)
- 1 tbsp coconut cream (optional)
Method
- In a small bowl, mix the drinking chocolate mix with hot water to form a smooth, thick paste.
- Heat ¾ cup of coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.
- Stir in the chocolate paste and whisk until smooth.
- Add ¼ cup of brewed coffee to the saucepan and mix well.
- For extra creaminess, add 1 tbsp of coconut cream and whisk until frothy.
